Hi, I’m Christine!

I believe that there’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to fitness and food.

I’ve been into fitness, nutrition, and healthy living for over 35 years. Over time, I have found that different stages of life require different strategies. What worked for me at 25 was different than what suits me today. Each decade seems to bring unique physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges.

I am living proof that fitness and vitality can be maintained at any stage of life. It’s all about being in tune with what we need in our nutrition and daily movement (fitness).

It is my hope that in sharing my own journey of finding optimum health, I can help others to find their own unique healthy life!
